Access Issues.

Q: I can see the tiles but when I click on them nothing happens?

There may be a couple reasons why you're having trouble downloading the program. First, if you're on a computer, try switching your browser to either Google Chrome or Firefox. They seem to work the best with our programs. Also, you can try clearing your browser history and cache and then trying to download them again.

Q: I have downloaded the content but cant find it on my system?

It should be in your “Downloads” folder. If you still continue to have problems you can get in touch with our customer care team at [e-mail]

Q: I can only see the videos and not the recipe?

Once you log into the website click on the Flat Belly Fix option from the left hand menu. This will take to MY PRODUCTS page. In this page select the image that has The Flat Belly Fix written on it. Select this option and it will take you to the FLAT BELLY FIX page. This page has 2 tabs… LIBRARY and VIDEOS. Select the library tab to see and download the ebooks and manuals. The Flat belly Fix recipe is right there on pg 4-5 of the “Flat belly Fix” main manual.
