Q: I am unable to access the portal… It says wrong username and password even though I am putting in the exact details?

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience! If you select the "Forgot Password" button on the login page at alphanation.com/member, you can reset your password.

If you continue to have issues, please contact our support team at [e-mail] and they will manually reset your login credentials for you so you can access your program and get started right away!

Q: The portal asks me to log in with a username and I never created one?

The system creates a username and password for you when you buy the program, which is then shared with you via email. You can check your inbox for an email from Clickbank. In case you cannot find it in the Inbox you can try to find it in your spam. If you still continue to have issues, please contact our support team at [e-mail] and they will manually reset your login credentials for you and share them with you.

Q: Can I change the portal password to my choice of password? If so, how?

You can definitely do it by choosing the "Lost Your Password" button on the login page at alphanation.com/member, you can reset it to your choice of password. The 2nd alternative is to click on the avatar icon on the top right corner after the successful log in.

Q: I have tried to reset the password by selecting “Forgot Password” but it never works.

Please be advised that you can download the files to a smartphone, but in case you face any issues you can contact our customer care at [e-mail] and they can provide you with the direct link to the program.
